We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
All we ask is:
- Your item is in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and labels still attached, and in its original packaging (NOT altered, or washed).
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com.Please include the order email address and order number and request either a refund or exchange. Sorry but items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We suggest that when sending back an item. You use Recorded Delivery or another service that requires a signature upon delivery and can be tracked. As we are not responsible for lost returns or exchanges.
Original postage costs are not refundable.
All Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the items returned have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not via email. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 days of us receiving your returned item. Please remember it can take your bank or credit card company time to process and post the refund. This can be up to 14 working days before the refund is shown in your account.
