We send all our 'Mermaids X Divers' items with Royal Mail or Parcel Force.

Delivery within the United Kingdom is Free

Delivery Times:

United Kingdom - 2 - 4 working days
(From time to time order may take 3-5 working days from order and payment. This can be due to the number of orders and stock levels we have to process.)

Europe - 4 - 8 working days
Rest of the world - 5 - 14 working days

When you place an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation email from 'Mermaids X Divers'. Please check your spam in case it does not arrive directly to your inbox.

Please note that the tracking number on the order confirmation email may take a few hours to show on the Parcelforce system.

If Royal Mail or Parcelforce cannot deliver due to no one being in, a card will be left with contact details for you to arrange another delivery. Should these delivery attempts fail, the goods will eventually be returned to us and a full credit for the product will be issued to your account, minus the delivery charge.

We offer free delivery to one address within the UK Mainland on orders over £50 and free international delivery on orders over £120
